Not all “lymphatic drainage” is the same, and only Certified Lymphatic Therapists (CLTs) have specialized training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and the treatment of complex lymphatic conditions like Lymphedema and Lipedema.

Denise is dedicated to providing the best care possible for her clients. While in massage college years ago, her quest began for more information after covering only the very basics of lymphatic anatomy. She realized that this part of our body was far too important to ignore. Even before finishing her RMT Certificate, Denise set out to discover as much knowledge as possible, and started course after course, not realizing at the time that she would later complete a lymphatic therapist certification (CLT). Over the years she has seen clients with many different health conditions and continues to discover methods that would best assist them on their health journeys. She is always happy to hear from clients to discuss their goals, please reach out if you’d like more information.

Lindz has such a passion to help people! Lindsey became an RMT in 2016. After seeing the difference that Manual Lymphatic Drainage could make, so she quickly became specialized in all things Lymph, including becoming a Certified Lymphedema Therapist in multiple disciplines.

She is passionate about creating a space where people can collaborate and find information pertaining to all things’ lymph including finding information, therapy, and support.

When she isn’t working, she enjoys her family and being outside in nature!
